harga Astro dah naik email dari kawan2

"Lepas baca jangan simpan. Forward lagi kat semua orang dan CC ASTRO. RM 85 sebulan kali 1000000 = RM 85 000 000 sebulan. Iklan lagi $$$ Cerita itu jugak ulang-ulang. Aku pun ingat nak terminate ajelah, RM 85 ni pun dah berat oi. Beli susu anak lagi bagus .......

Aku sokong ..... RM85 untuk yang ada 1 kat rumah .. kalau ada 2 atau 3 ... kira ler berapa banyak! nak untung lebih nampakkkk ... kalau hujan, gambar lip lap, lip lap! service kena bagus la. lepas tu, kalau ada cerita alih bahasa (bahasa selain daripada BI, tak keluar bahasa inggeris dulu baru keluar bahasa melayu. nampak sangat translator tak tahu bahasa yang dia terjemahkan) Lepas tu kalau rancangan malaysia tu, veryyyyyyy limited. kat astro ria aje. pas tu tah hapa2 tah dramanya. drama syok sendiri!"

"Dear Astro Customer Care and Astro Management,

I am disheartened with your decision to increase monthly fees. We strongly protest your decision for reasons shown below.

1. Not only you have not improve your program quality, the quality have been deteriorating for the past few years!. There are still a lot of repeating old programs. Repeating programs to provide more viewing opportunities to viewers is a weak excuse.

2. You proudly claim to have more than a million subscribers. And the numbers are increasing everyday. You should be able to reduce your overall cost per subscriber. Increasing the fee cannot be substantiated.

3. You have advertisement revenues. Advertisements in ASTRO are just like those in free TVs! Subscribed TV should be free from advertisement in the first place.

4. You have monopoly of the market for 25 years for you to enjoy better profit and economy of scale. Your fee increase is simply abuse of such power granted to U by the government.

5. Your service quality is below expectation. We can't receive program during bad weather or even a minor drizzle. So, should we not deduct fee for every failure to receive program or some kind of refund be made to your subscribers?

6. You have listed your company as public listed company. You should already have more working capital to finance your operation and not charging us any extra fees.

7. You should not pass the burden of failure to improve your company efficiency and operating cost to the subscribers. Increasing fees is an irresponsible act of blaming your failure to us, your customers.

8. Most customers are contracted subscribers under your promotion package. They cannot terminate the subscriptions as it will be deemed of breach of contract. Your decision to charge extra fees is daylight robbery.

9. In order to enjoy certain latest movies or live telecast , we need to pay extra on top of the monthly subscription. Shouldn't that be include as part of the Astro package rather then paying extra ?? If I need to pay extra for a particular live telecast for example of a boxing match why in the world do I need to pay monthly for the sports channel ?? I would rather be watching free TV with advertisement since you have advertisement in most of the programs anyway.

Please reconsider your decision to restore public and customers' confidence in your "esteemed" company.

pssss : hahaaa aku sendiri tak setuju harga naik, dah tersasar sedikit baged bulananku. dalam sebulan hanya beberapa jam aje aku dapat tengok astro selainnya berebut ngan cd (anak2) dan channel sukan (pebret bpren).
