Dear All,

We have just learned that the final of “Akademi Fantasia 3 (AF3)” will be on August 6, 2005 the same night as Maxxxxx Sports Carnival dinner. The difference between AF3 and OUR dinner is; you will only have one (1) opportunity to witness our homegrown talent in action as oppose to numerous repeats of AF3 final after the night. So I hope you and your family will make the obvious choice of supporting OUR dinner on that night.

However if you still have to watch AF3 live on August 6, 2005, kindly indicate by Wednesday July 27, 2005. We need to obtain an accurate representative of staff and family members attending our dinner so as we are able to make sure there is sufficient food for all.
